I have always loved to bake, but I realized long ago that I was far from an excellent baker. I knew that I wanted to hone my abilities, so I started learning everything I could about professional bakeries. I started talking with experts, focusing on choosing better ingredients, taking my time, and following recipes to the letter of the law.
